Printing your QR code

Three built-in print formats — single sign, 8-up take-home cards, and a PIN recovery card — no Canva template needed.

PixVenu includes three browser-print-friendly QR layouts so you don't need a separate design tool to get a printable artifact. Each opens as its own chrome-less page in a new tab; from there Cmd+P (or Ctrl+P on Windows) produces a clean PDF or sends it straight to a printer.

Print sign — a single QR centered on a page, sized for A4 portrait at venue-signage scale. The host's branded logo (when set) renders above the QR; the gallery name and the magic-link URL render below. Open it from the share card on your gallery detail page. For album-scoped signage, open the album's QR dialog and use the same "Print sign" link there — the rendered sign carries the album name and the QR scans into the album directly.

Take-home cards — eight identical mini QR cards arranged 2×4 on a single A4 portrait sheet. Each card is roughly business-card-size with the gallery name, the QR, and the magic-link URL. The host's branded logo renders on each card too when set. Print-only CSS adds dashed cut lines so an exacto knife or scissors can find them cleanly. The album-scoped variant works the same way — the per-album QR dialog has a matching "Take-home cards" link that produces cards pointing into the album.

Recovery card — only available when the gallery has a PIN set. A single printable sheet showing the gallery name, the PIN in big monospace, the magic-link bypass QR (which skips the PIN gate), and the PIN-protected URL beneath. Designed as the "I forgot the PIN" safety net you keep with the wedding binder or event paperwork.

If you'd rather work in a design tool, every QR is also available as a standalone PNG (raster, sized at 1024px by default) and SVG (vector, infinite resolution) download. Both formats are inside the gallery share card and each album QR dialog — pick PNG for paste-into-Canva flows and SVG for print shops or large-format vinyl.

The QR matrix is identical across every variant — a guest scanning any of these gets to the same gallery. Your only real choice is the physical layout and the size; the platform handles the rendering.
