How many galleries can I create?
Run one event free, end to end. Galleries that go live at the same time need a paid plan or a Premier bundle slot.

PixVenu's free tier is built to let you run one real event, start to finish, at no cost — create the gallery, share the QR code, collect photos, and keep them. The only limit on running events for free is how many you have live at the same time.
One free event live at a time. You can create as many free galleries as you like. What's capped is how many free galleries can be live or scheduled at once: one. Drafts don't count — only a gallery you've taken live (or scheduled to go live) does. So you can set up next year's event as a free draft while this year's is still live; you just can't have both published on the free tier simultaneously.
Running a second event at the same time. When you do need two galleries live at once, you have two options:
- Upgrade the second gallery to a paid plan — Essential ($49) or Signature ($89), a one-time purchase for that gallery. Each paid gallery publishes on its own, independent of the free cap.
- Use a Premier bundle slot — Premier is a one-time $119 that covers three galleries (see below).
What you'll see when the cap applies. Any extra gallery you create starts as a free draft. If you try to take a second gallery live — using Activate now or Schedule — while a free gallery is already live, PixVenu shows an "Upgrade to publish" prompt that links straight to that gallery's upgrade page. Nothing is lost: the gallery stays a safe draft until you upgrade it or assign it a Premier slot, and all your settings and content stay exactly as you left them.
The Premier bundle. Premier is a one-time $119 and backs three galleries from a single purchase — ideal when you have a few events in a season. After you buy Premier, your Billing page (titled "Plans & purchases") shows a Premier bundle panel that tracks usage ("1 of 3 galleries used") and offers "Add a gallery to this bundle." That button creates a brand-new gallery directly into an open slot — it's born on Premier and is ready to publish right away, no separate checkout.
"Gallery slots" vs. the free limit. These are two different things. Gallery slots is how many galleries one purchase backs — Essential and Signature are one each, Premier is three. The free limit is separate: it isn't about how many free galleries you can create, only about how many can be live at the same time (one).
Running lots of events for clients? Event professionals managing many client galleries are better served by our partner Pro bundles — see Partners & event pros — which are a separate offering from the consumer Premier bundle.
