How the partner program works

What event pros can offer clients, the two revenue models, and what's shipped vs. coming alongside Stripe.

The PixVenu partner program is for event professionals who want to offer galleries as part of a package to their own clients. Planners, photographers, videographers, and venues are all welcome — the program is designed to fit the way pros already sell to couples and corporate clients.

Two revenue models (design contract). Partners pick the model that fits their billing posture:

  • Referral: your client pays PixVenu directly, you receive a share. Most planners prefer this — they don't have to handle gallery billing as line items in their event pricing.
  • Resold (wholesale): you bundle PixVenu into your own pricing and we invoice you wholesale. Most photographers prefer this — they prefer one consolidated invoice to their client over two.

You can stay on one model account-wide or switch between them per-client; the partner team will configure either at onboarding.

What's shipped today. You can create galleries on your own partner account, configure them end-to-end (theme, branding, moderation, welcome content, QR signage), add a client as a co-host via the host dashboard, and transfer ownership to them after the event. You also get co-branded materials on request — drop us a line at the partners contact form and we'll prep what you need for a venue meeting or a sales deck.

What's coming with Stripe billing. Self-serve purchase, an in-app partner dashboard that tracks which of your clients have converted, referral commission tracking + payouts, and bundle inventory views ship alongside the rest of the billing surface. The platform-side building blocks you'll actually use today — creating and configuring galleries, co-host invites, and ownership transfer — are wired and working; only the surface that shows bundle balances and processes payments is pending. In the meantime, the partner team handles every revenue conversation manually and tracks attribution against your account.

How to get started. Apply through the partners page and the team will reach out within one business day to configure your account, pick your revenue model, and walk through the materials you'll need to start delivering galleries to clients this week.
