Content moderation
Approve uploads before they go live, hide anything you don't want shared, and keep the gallery on-brand.

For business and community events, you usually want a moderation layer between an upload and the live gallery. PixVenu lets you turn on pre-publish moderation from the host dashboard. New uploads land in a review queue, and nothing appears in the gallery until you approve it.
Approval can be handled by any co-host you add to the gallery, so the events team isn't the bottleneck. Co-hosts get full access to the gallery — including the review queue — under their own login. Adding co-hosts is available on Signature plans and above.
When you spot something you don't want in the gallery — duplicates, blurry shots, anything off-brand — you can hide it with a single tap. Hidden items aren't deleted; they stay in the archive in case you change your mind, but they don't appear to guests.
For public-facing events, we recommend leaving moderation on for the duration of the event and reviewing in batches between sessions. For private events with a known guest list, most hosts run moderation off and rely on the privacy of the link instead.
