Branding needs Signature or Premier. Custom themes and branding are a Signature-and-above feature — free and Essential galleries use the default vertical theme and the PixVenu mark. Upgrade to Signature or Premier to swap in your own brand; see Free vs paid galleries.
PixVenu galleries default to a clean PixVenu-branded look — neutral colors, the PixVenu mark in the corner of the guest view, a small "Made with PixVenu" footer line. For events where you'd rather the gallery feel like your brand than ours, six branding controls in the host dashboard let you swap each piece independently.
The branded logo upload replaces the PixVenu mark in the guest view's header and the per-album page. Upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB; the same image becomes the gallery's browser tab favicon. Hosts running back-to-back events typically upload once and the logo carries from one gallery to the next via the duplicate-gallery flow.
Theme colors and fonts give you finer control. Pick one of twenty named theme presets — from neutral baselines (Classic, Mono) through romantic (Blush, Peach, Lavender), formal (Noir, Burgundy, Midnight, Charcoal), natural (Botanical, Forest, Sage, Emerald, Coastal), seasonal (Warm, Sunset, Citrus), and editorial (Cool, Slate, Mocha) — to recolor the guest view's accents, buttons, and active states. The QR code's foreground and background colors are independently customizable via hex inputs — useful when the printed stationery has a specific brand palette the QR needs to match. The theme font picker lets you pair a serif headline font with a sans body, or vice versa.
The footer credit text replaces "Made with PixVenu" with up to 280 characters of your own — a thank-you, a venue credit, a hashtag, whatever fits. Below it, optional host website and Instagram handle fields render as small footer links pointing back at your own surfaces. For business hosts especially, this turns the gallery footer into a soft conversion path back to your main site.
All branding controls are independent — you can use one, all, or none. There's no "go all-in or nothing" gate. A wedding host who only wants to swap the logo and otherwise keep the default theme can do exactly that.
