Share your gallery with guests
QR codes, magic links, and PIN-protected URLs — pick the option that fits your event.

PixVenu gives you a few ways to invite guests, and you can use them in combination. The QR code is best for in-person events — print it on signage, table cards, or take-home favors so guests can scan as they arrive.
The private gallery link is best for digital sharing. Drop it in a group chat, an email, or your invitation. Anyone with the link can upload, so it's a good fit for events where the guest list is already trusted.
For more sensitive events, you can add a PIN to your gallery URL. Guests are asked for the PIN once before they reach the upload screen, and you can change or remove it from the dashboard at any time.
Magic links are short, signed URLs you can send to specific people. They open the gallery without a PIN prompt, which is useful when you want a frictionless flow for a known guest list while keeping the main URL protected.
