Our 14-day money-back guarantee, and how to request a refund or cancellation.

Every PixVenu purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If your event hasn't happened yet and you change your mind for any reason — the event is postponed, you found another tool, the date slipped — let us know within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
To request a refund, contact us from the email address on your account. We don't put refund requests through a form maze; a short message describing what happened is plenty. We aim to respond within one business day and to process refunds within five business days back to the original payment method.
Cancellations after the gallery has already been used at an event are handled case by case. If something went genuinely wrong on our end — guests couldn't upload, downloads failed, the gallery was unavailable on the day — we'll always make it right.
If you simply want to close your account and stop receiving anything from us, get in touch and we'll handle the account closure for you. (Self-serve account deletion from the host dashboard is intentionally gated off in the current release while the data-retention + downstream-cleanup flows are finalized — once those land you'll see the delete button in the settings card. In the meantime, the manual path is one short email.) We keep past galleries archived in case you change your mind; full data deletion is available at any time on request.
