How event packs work for teams running more than one event a year — the design contract for the business-tier volume model.

The pack model (design contract). PixVenu's business tiers include annual event packs that let you commit to a set number of galleries at a discounted per-event rate. Packs are useful when you know roughly how many events your team will run in a year and want to lock the cost in up front.
Unused events roll over into the next billing year as long as the pack is active. If you run more events than the pack covers, additional galleries are billed at the regular per-event rate — no surprises, no auto-upgrades.
Each gallery in a business pack has the same features as a standalone event: white-label branding, lead capture, moderation, and full-resolution downloads. Pack size only affects volume and pricing.
If you're not sure how many events you'll run, start with the smallest pack or with a single event. You can upgrade to a larger pack at any time and the previous purchase is credited toward the new one.
Heads up on shipping status. Like the other billing-dependent articles in this section, the in-app purchase, pack-balance tracking, automatic credit-on-upgrade, and rollover-at-billing-year ship alongside Stripe integration. The platform-side gates that meter gallery creation per account are wired today; only the billing surface that actually charges + tracks the pack balance is pending. In the meantime, every business-tier engagement runs through the contact team — pack sizing, custom volume, upgrade credits, and rollover are all handled manually with invoice payment. The contract above is what the surface ships against when it lights up.
