What if I run out of galleries in my Pro Bundle?
Nothing dramatic happens — you just arrange more galleries with the partner team when you need them, and your account picks up where it left off. Your existing galleries are never affected.
How more galleries add up
Bundles add to your account rather than replacing what you had. If you arranged a Pro Pack (10 galleries) in February and added a Starter Pack (5 galleries) in June after using eight of the original ten, you'd have seven galleries left to assign. There's no quarterly reset and no expiry date on the galleries you haven't used yet — they're yours until you spend them. Today the partner team keeps the running count for your account; a self-serve balance view is one of the surfaces shipping with Stripe billing.
When to add a pack vs. go custom
If you find yourself adding the same-size pack on a steady cadence (say another Pro Pack every 6–8 weeks), reach out at the Partners contact page. For high-volume pros we'll quote a custom arrangement — typically a larger upfront with deeper per-gallery pricing, invoiced rather than charged to a card. The off-the-shelf packs are tuned for steady-but-not-massive volume; past roughly a gallery a week, custom is almost always cheaper than stacking standard packs.
What about urgent bookings?
You don't have to wait out a billing cycle. If a client books an event inside the next 24 hours and your pack is empty, flag the timeline in the contact form and the partner team will turn the extra galleries around the same day. When the in-app checkout ships, this becomes a one-tap top-up from your dashboard with no contact-form round-trip.
Refunds
Unused galleries aren't refundable individually (they're part of the bundle discount you already received), but if you've made a purchase mistake — wrong pack, duplicate buy — let the team know within 14 days and we'll sort it out. See Payment troubleshooting for the duplicate-buy path.
