Use PixVenu for multi-day events

Cover a wedding weekend, conference, or anniversary trip with one gallery or several.

~2 min read

Multi-day events are exactly the use case PixVenu was built around. A single gallery can stay open across the whole weekend or trip, and guests can keep uploading from one event to the next without ever rescanning a different code.

If the days feel distinctly different — for example, a rehearsal dinner on Friday, the wedding on Saturday, and the brunch on Sunday — most hosts create albums inside one gallery, one per day. The QR code stays the same, but the dashboard organizes uploads by where guests said they came from.

For larger multi-day events like a destination wedding or a corporate conference where each day really IS a separate event (separate venue, separate guest list, separate program), create one PixVenu gallery per day instead of one album per day. Each gallery gets its own QR code so signage at each venue points guests cleanly into the right one, and you can copy the welcome content / theme / branding across galleries via the duplicate-gallery flow from the host dashboard to save setup time. The downside vs the one-gallery-with-albums approach is that the photos don't roll up into a single archive — each gallery exports its own ZIP — so the trade-off is "cleaner signage per venue" vs "one consolidated export at the end."

Your gallery window setting applies to the whole event, so you don't have to renew between days. Extend the window from the dashboard if uploads are still landing past the planned end date.
