How many photos can a guest upload at once?
PixVenu accepts batches up to 100 files or 4 GB — whichever limit hits first.

A guest can pick up to 100 files in a single upload batch, and the combined size of that batch can be up to 4 GB. The upload dialog adds these up as files are selected and shows a clear warning when either limit is hit — before the upload starts, so nothing is uploaded just to fail later.
Both limits are designed around how phones handle large picker selections. Above 100 photos the phone tends to slow noticeably while reading file metadata, and the 4 GB ceiling covers the case where a guest selects a handful of long 4K videos rather than dozens of phone snaps. Most everyday batches sit well under both.
When a guest has more than 100 files to send — for example a photographer adding pro shots after the event — they can still upload everything by splitting the selection into two or three rounds. The progress counter in the upload dialog resets per batch, and there's no quota or daily cap, so multiple batches in a row all flow through.
The dialog tells the guest exactly which limit is over and by how much, so the fix is always obvious: remove a few of the largest files for the size cap, or trim the selection to under 100 items for the count cap.
