Repeating annual and seasonal events
Duplicate a finished gallery to reuse its settings and branding on the next event without rebuilding from scratch.

If you run the same event each year — an annual conference, a recurring fundraiser, a seasonal tour, a quarterly internal celebration — you don't have to set up a fresh gallery from scratch every time. PixVenu's gallery duplicate flow clones every configurable setting from a previous event into a new draft, ready to flip live when the new event is around the corner.
Open the finished gallery on your host dashboard and use the "Duplicate gallery" action. The new gallery lands in your account as a draft with the original gallery's name appended " copy" — rename it to whatever the new event is called, set the new event date, and you're done. Logo, footer credit, host website, custom upload terms, QR colors, moderation settings, allow-guest-view and allow-guest-upload flags, autoplay/loop preferences, and marketing opt-in all carry forward. The one thing that resets is the theme — a duplicate starts on your vertical's default theme, colors, and font, so you'll set the look fresh on the new gallery (a deliberate choice so a copy never inherits a custom theme tied to a higher plan than the new gallery is on).
What deliberately doesn't carry: photos, albums, the guestbook, RSVPs, collaborators, and the PIN. Those are content + access-control specific to the original event. The new gallery starts empty in all those dimensions so you don't accidentally surface last year's photos to this year's guests, and the PIN gets re-set fresh for the new event's audience.
Business accounts can run many concurrent gallery duplicates this way. The "Sort by event date" default on /home/galleries keeps your upcoming events naturally at the top, so even a partner running 30+ galleries can scan their dashboard for "what's next." Combined with the "Shared with me" filter for co-hosted galleries and the moderation triage widgets on /home, the platform scales smoothly past the single-host-single-event use case.
For events that repeat in lockstep (e.g. "same weekend every year" or "monthly book club"), consider building a templated gallery you keep as a draft and duplicate each time — give it a name like "Template: Monthly Book Club" and never activate it; just duplicate-and-go for each instance.
