Buying PixVenu as a gift
Set up a gallery for someone else's event, then hand it over via co-host invite or full ownership transfer.

PixVenu makes a great gift for a friend or family member's event — a wedding, milestone birthday, or family reunion. There's nothing special about the purchase flow for gifts; you buy a gallery the same way you'd buy one for yourself. The difference is what you do with it afterwards.
The simplest path is to use your own email at checkout and set up the gallery yourself. Configure the welcome message, the theme, the QR code colors — every choice you'd make for your own event. When the recipient is ready to take it on, add them as a co-host from the host dashboard. They'll get an invitation email and full edit access to the gallery they were just given.
If you'd like to step out of the gallery entirely after the handoff, the host dashboard also has a full ownership-transfer option. The recipient becomes the sole owner; you lose access. This is the right choice for a surprise birthday party gift where the recipient should be the one in charge of the gallery after the event.
A note on reminders and notifications: by default, the platform emails the gallery owner ahead of the event and after it ends. If you've purchased as a surprise, those reminders will land in your inbox rather than the recipient's — which is what you want during the surprise window. Once you transfer ownership, the reminders flow to the new owner.
If the recipient has their own PixVenu account already, you can also add them directly as a co-host from the start and skip the ownership transfer — they'll see the gallery in their own dashboard alongside any others they manage.
