A pro bundle isn't a separate feature set — it's volume and concierge setup. Every gallery you create as a partner already has PixVenu's full toolkit: your own logo and brand colors, the theme picker, albums, moderation, welcome content, QR signage, the guestbook, and the bulk ZIP export. A bundle simply gets you several galleries at a better per-gallery rate, plus a partner-team contact who helps set your account up and deliver to clients.
Galleries you run for clients use the same hosting windows as any paid gallery — three months on Essential, twelve on Signature and Premier, measured from the event's end date. If a memorial pro wants a remembrance gallery kept open longer, the partner team can arrange an extended window; the self-serve extension purchase ships with the rest of billing (see Extend your gallery window).
On the operations side, every full-gallery download already includes the CSV exports most pros need for their records: a contributors rollup, the RSVP responses, and a photo-metadata sheet. A dedicated partner dashboard that rolls these up across all your clients — and team logins for studios with multiple shooters — are among the surfaces shipping alongside Stripe billing. Until then, the partner team pulls cross-client numbers for you on request.
If your business has a specific need that sits outside a standard bundle — a custom domain, single sign-on, a CRM integration — those aren't part of the off-the-shelf packs. Talk to us about a custom or enterprise arrangement instead.
