Is there a contract or lock-in for partner accounts?

No. PixVenu partner bundles are one-time purchases — a set of galleries you use for clients at your own pace, with no subscription and no lock-in.

There's no contract to sign, no annual commitment, and no monthly subscription that has to be renewed. Partner bundles are sold the same way single-event galleries are: as a one-time purchase. You pay once for a set of galleries — five with Starter, ten with Pro, twenty with Studio — and they're yours to use for clients at your own pace. (Today you arrange a bundle with the partner team and they track what you've used; a self-serve balance view ships with Stripe billing.)

There's no time pressure on when you use them. A wedding photographer who arranges a Pro Pack at the start of the season can spin up galleries one wedding at a time over the next several months without any tier-renewal anxiety. A venue with seasonal events can line up a Studio Pack ahead of the busy quarter and let the rest sit untouched through the slow months. Whichever pack you arranged, the galleries you haven't used yet stay on your account, waiting for the next event you book.

If you finish a pack and don't need more, you're done. We don't auto-renew you. We don't charge a card on file. There's no card on file to charge.

If you DO want more, add another pack — it stacks on top of what's left, and bigger packs come with a better per-gallery rate, the same way booking a higher tier saves you money on individual purchases.

The closest thing to a "commitment" we ask for is the partner application itself. We review every partner sign-up manually rather than auto-approving — that's so the badge on your site means something to the couples and clients who see it. Approval is a one-time vetting step, not an ongoing contract.

For high-volume venues, wedding-vendor coalitions, or large studios that need more flexibility than the Studio Pack supports, get in touch and we'll work out a custom volume arrangement. Same posture — no rigid contracts, no lock-in, just whatever shape works for your business.

The trust model is the same one we offer single-event hosts: you buy the thing, the thing is yours, we don't take it back if you stop buying more. PixVenu being event-based-by-design rather than subscription-based isn't a marketing claim — it's structural.
