Payment didn't go through
What to try when checkout fails or your bank rejects the payment.

Most failures are bank-side, not ours. If your payment didn't go through at checkout, the issue is almost always between your bank and our payment processor — PixVenu itself never sees your card details. Work through these in order:
- Check that the card is enabled for international online payments. Some banks block cross-border online charges by default; the fastest fix is to call your bank and ask them to enable international online transactions, then try again. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted, and debit cards work too as long as international online payments are enabled.
- Try a different card or payment method. The checkout form accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices — those route through the same banks but use a tokenized authorization flow that sometimes succeeds when a direct card charge doesn't.
- Watch for corporate-card spend controls. Spend-control software on corporate cards can reject charges silently. A personal card usually works in that case; expense it back through your company afterwards.
If you see a charge but your gallery didn't unlock, the payment succeeded but the confirmation hasn't caught up yet. Give it a minute and refresh the gallery; if it's still on the old plan, contact us with the gallery name and we'll sort it out right away.
If you accidentally purchased twice, contact us right away — we'll refund the duplicate without question, and we can merge any setup you've started on either side so you don't lose any work.
For anything else, reach out and we'll help you get it sorted.
