Set up invitations & RSVPs

Turn on RSVP collection and add a personal invitation message — all on the same gallery link your guests already use.

~3 min read

Digital invitations in PixVenu are part of the same gallery your guests will upload photos to later — there's no separate invitation to build or send. You turn on RSVPs and, if you'd like, add a personal note. Guests reach all of it through the one link you're already sharing.

Turn on Collect RSVPs

In your gallery settings, flip on Collect RSVPs. Guests then see an RSVP button on both the gallery and the Coming Soon landing page, where they can reply Attending, Declining, or Maybe — and optionally share dietary requirements, a song request, plus-ones, and a note.

Add an invitation message (optional)

Use the Invitation message field to write a personal note your guests see on the Coming Soon page, just above the RSVP form. It's the place to set the tone, share a dress code, or ask everyone to reply by a certain date. The message supports light formatting — bold, italics, and links — and you can edit it any time without breaking your link. The next time a guest taps in, they'll see the latest version.

Your event date and location come from the gallery's own details, so you only enter them once. The RSVP surface inherits your gallery theme too, so the whole experience feels like one event rather than two separate tools.

One link does it all

There's nothing extra to share. The same magic link and QR code that open your gallery also carry the invitation and RSVP form — paste the link into a text, email, or group chat, or print the QR on a save-the-date. For more on sharing, see Sending the invitation to your guests. Once replies start coming in, head to Manage RSVPs to track who's coming.
