Remove a photo you uploaded
Guests can delete their own uploads from the same device they used to send them in.

If you uploaded something to the gallery you'd rather take back — a blurry shot, a video that turned out shaky, or just a photo you don't want to share — you can remove it yourself from the same phone or browser you used to upload it.
Open the photo in the gallery and tap it to enter the lightbox view. If the photo is one you uploaded from this device, you'll see a small "Remove" option in the host controls. Tap it to confirm and the photo disappears from the gallery for everyone. The host can still recover it from their trash if you change your mind quickly.
You'll only see the Remove option on photos you actually uploaded yourself, and only on the device they were uploaded from. PixVenu remembers your uploads in your browser's local storage — clearing your browser data or switching to a different phone means you'll no longer have access to the Remove option for those earlier uploads.
One more thing: the host controls whether guests can remove their own uploads. It's on by default, but some hosts switch it off — for example on corporate or memorial galleries where every contribution should stay put. If your host has disabled it, the Remove option won't appear even on photos you uploaded yourself; just ask the host to take the photo down for you.
If you need to take down a photo from a device you no longer have access to, ask the event host. They can remove any photo at any time from their host dashboard, and they'll be happy to help.
