Referring other pros to PixVenu
We're building a partner-to-partner referral program. Here's the intent — and how to get involved while we set it up.

We're building a partner-to-partner referral program: a way for professionals in the wedding and events space — photographers, planners, venue managers, stylists, entertainers — to refer one another to PixVenu and be rewarded for it. The automated side isn't live yet, so this article is about the intent and how to get involved early, not a button you can click today. (Referring a fellow pro is a different thing from the client-billing options in How the partner program works — that article covers how you bill PixVenu galleries to your own clients.)
Who it's for
Pro-to-pro referrals only. Photographers who pass leads to each other's calendars, planners who recommend a photographer to a couple, venues that work with the same vendor coalition month after month. The shape is built for the existing trust network in the wedding and events world, not for affiliate marketing or consumer-facing influencer arrangements.
How to get involved now
While we build the self-serve side, referrals are handled directly by the partner team. If you'd like to refer another pro — or you've already sent someone our way — mention it through the partners contact form and we'll work out an arrangement with you. Because the partner network is still hand-vetted, this personal approach is how we keep the introductions meaningful.
What's coming
A self-serve partner dashboard with referral tracking and payout history is one of the surfaces shipping alongside Stripe billing. Once it's live, you'll be able to see your referrals and their status without going through the team. We'll publish the exact terms — who qualifies, how rewards work, and the payout rhythm — when that ships, rather than promising specifics before the mechanics exist.
One thing to know
The intent is to reward outbound advocacy — introducing pros who are new to PixVenu — rather than to split rewards on partners we've already onboarded through other channels. If you have a specific situation in mind (a pass-through with a venue, a multi-partner split, a white-label scenario), get in touch and we'll talk it through.
