How private is my gallery?

Galleries are private by default — only people with the QR code or link can open them. You can require moderation for every upload, hide individual photos, and delete anything at any time. We never make galleries searchable or public.

Can I moderate what guests upload?

Yes. Turn on moderation when you create the event and every upload waits for your approval before it appears in the gallery. You can also hide or delete anything at any time, with or without moderation on.

Can I download the full-resolution originals?

Yes. Every upload is stored at full resolution and you can download the whole gallery as a ZIP archive whenever you're ready. Copyright stays with you and your guests — never us.

Both. Guests can upload short videos alongside photos and they live in the same gallery — same private link, same full-resolution downloads.

What if the venue's WiFi is bad?

Uploads happen as a guest's phone gets back on signal — if the venue cuts out mid-evening, photos finish uploading on the drive home. The gallery keeps filling for as long as guests have the link.

Yes. PixVenu is browser-based and works anywhere there's mobile data or WiFi. Uploads resume when guests reconnect, so a patchy signal at a remote venue is fine.

How long does my gallery stay live?

Depends on the plan you pick — most event plans keep the gallery hosted for 12 months, and you can extend any time. The full-resolution archive is yours to keep forever, whether or not the gallery is still hosted.
